These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of Fawazeer, including the mobile application, related websites, content, and services made available by IT Consulting and Expertise.

By accessing or using Fawazeer, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

In these Terms of Service, “we”, “us”, and “our” refer to IT Consulting and Expertise. “You” refers to the user of Fawazeer.

2. Eligibility and Acceptance

You may use Fawazeer only if you are legally able to enter into a binding agreement under the laws that apply to you. If you are using Fawazeer on behalf of an organization, you confirm that you are authorized to bind that organization to these terms.

If you are under the age required to form a binding contract in your jurisdiction, you may use Fawazeer only with the involvement of a parent or legal guardian.

3. About the Service

Fawazeer is an Arabic riddle and trivia experience that may include:

• Riddle packs and gameplay progression
• In-app virtual items such as coins or hints
• Rewarded ads
• Paid upgrades or in-app purchases, if enabled
• Related informational or promotional web pages

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service at any time, with or without notice, subject to applicable law.

4. License to Use Fawazeer

Subject to your compliance with these terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install, access, and use Fawazeer for your personal, non-commercial use.

You may not:

• Copy, sell, sublicense, rent, or distribute the app except as permitted by law
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code except where applicable law expressly allows it
• Circumvent security features or technical restrictions
• Use the service in a way that harms the app, other users, or our business

5. Intellectual Property

Fawazeer and all related content, including text, riddles, graphics, branding, logos, designs, software, and other materials, are owned by or licensed to IT Consulting and Expertise and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Except for the limited license above, no rights are granted to you.

6. User Conduct

You agree not to:

• Use Fawazeer for unlawful, fraudulent, or abusive purposes
• Interfere with the operation or security of the service
• Use bots, scripts, or automated tools to access or manipulate the service
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to systems, accounts, or data
• Exploit bugs, cheats, or unintended mechanics for unfair advantage
• Upload, transmit, or share content that is illegal, infringing, defamatory, obscene, or harmful

We may suspend or terminate access if we believe you have violated these terms.

7. Accounts and Communications

Fawazeer may be used without creating an account unless certain features later require registration. If we introduce account-based features, you will be responsible for maintaining accurate information and keeping your credentials secure.

8. Virtual Items, Ads, and Purchases

Fawazeer may include virtual items, gameplay rewards, rewarded advertising, and paid content.

A. Virtual Items

Coins, hints, unlocks, and similar in-app items are part of the service experience. They have no cash value, are not transferable, and are not property rights.

B. Rewarded Advertising

If rewarded ads are available, rewards are granted at our discretion or according to the ad flow made available in the app. We may limit, change, or discontinue ad-based rewards at any time.

C. In-App Purchases

If purchases are enabled, payments are processed by the relevant app store or third-party payment provider under their own terms. Pricing, taxes, billing, renewals, refunds, and cancellation rights may depend on the platform through which you made the purchase.

Except where required by law or platform policy, all purchases are final.

D. Availability

We do not guarantee that any item, reward, feature, or purchase option will remain available for any specific period.

9. Third-Party Services

Fawazeer may integrate with or link to third-party services, including app stores, analytics providers, ad networks, or payment processors. We are not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of third-party services.

Your use of those services may be subject to separate terms.

10. Updates and Changes

We may release updates, patches, or new versions of Fawazeer. Some updates may be required for continued use of the service. We may also revise these Terms of Service from time to time. Continued use after revised terms become effective means you accept the updated terms.

11. Availability and Disclaimer

Fawazeer is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee that the service will always be available, uninterrupted, secure, error-free, or suitable for every purpose.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, IT Consulting and Expertise and its directors, employees, contractors, and affiliates will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or business opportunities arising from or related to your use of Fawazeer.

Where the law does not allow certain exclusions or limitations, some of the above may not apply to you.

13. Indemnity

To the extent permitted by law, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless IT Consulting and Expertise from claims, damages, liabilities, losses, and expenses arising out of your misuse of Fawazeer, your violation of these Terms of Service, or your violation of applicable law or the rights of a third party.

14. Termination

These Terms of Service remain in effect while you use Fawazeer. We may suspend or terminate your access at any time if we believe you have breached these terms, created risk for other users, or exposed us to legal liability.

You may stop using Fawazeer at any time by uninstalling the app or ceasing access to the website.

15. Privacy

Your use of Fawazeer is also subject to our Privacy Policy. Please review it carefully before using the service.

16. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of France, without regard to conflict of laws principles. Any dispute arising out of or relating to Fawazeer or these terms will be submitted to the competent courts of France, unless applicable consumer law provides otherwise.

17. Severability and Waiver

If any provision of these terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in effect. Our failure to enforce any provision is not a waiver of that provision.
