Mataha — spatial-logic puzzles
متاهةCalm maze puzzles with no timers. Arrows out, zellige closed.
Mataha (متاهة) is a spatial-logic puzzle game with two modes: Arrow Escape, where every arrow must leave the board without hitting another, and Zellige Loop, where you rotate tiles until the pattern closes. Chapters named after the region's crafts, the Riwaq to gather pattern pieces, and head-to-head challenges on WhatsApp. Fully playable offline, in Arabic, English or French.

The two modes
Two modes, one craft.
Arrow Escape
هروب الأسهمTap · slide · escape
Every arrow slides in its own direction. Find the order that gets them all off the board without a collision — plan the order, not the speed.
Zellige Loop
حلقة الزليجRotate · connect · close
Rotate the tiles until every band meets: the pattern closes, then fills with colour.
Features
A puzzle game that gives you time.
No timers
The campaign has no clock: think for as long as you like.
Chapters named after crafts
Levels come in chapters named after the region's crafts.
The Riwaq
A gallery that gathers the pattern pieces you unlock as you play.
Challenges on WhatsApp
Send a level to a friend: same board, your score to beat, head to head.
Works offline
The whole game works with no connection. No account, no sign-up.
Arabic, English, French
Play in Arabic, English or French, right to left in Arabic.
Free to play
Mataha is free to play. Rewarded videos are optional: one only plays when you choose to watch it, in exchange for a hint. Undo is always free. Short interstitial ads can appear between levels, within capped limits. A single one-time purchase, "Remove ads", removes the ads between levels; rewarded videos stay optional.
Is Mataha free?
Yes, with ads: short ads can appear between levels (capped, never in your first session), and rewarded videos are optional — one only plays when you choose to watch it for a hint. Undo is always free. A one-time "Remove ads" purchase removes the ads between levels.
Is there a timer?
Not in the campaign: take all the time you need on every level.
How do challenges work?
After a level, send it to a friend on WhatsApp. They play the same board and you compare results head to head: mistakes for Arrow Escape, rotations over par for Zellige Loop.
Do I need an internet connection?
No. Mataha is fully playable offline; only sending a challenge goes through the messaging app you choose.
What languages is the game in?
Arabic, English and French. The Arabic interface reads right to left.
Do I need an account?
No. Mataha has no accounts and no sign-up: your progress stays on your device.
Arrows out. Zellige closed.
Free to play. Two calm puzzle modes with no timers — offline, in Arabic, English or French.
